Find out how you can help save Marine Life from plastic pollution below:

44%

My home (the ocean) reaches 44% of the worlds population.

3 of 7 people

depend on the marine life around me as their main food source.

The ocean is suffering...

and it is also affecting me and my marine friends.

PLASTIC is everywhere I swim

It gets tangled in my shell and my fins when I try to feed, and I am unable to get rid of it myself. My friend Tundra the turtle died last year after he grew too big for the plastic piece around his neck and he couldn’t breathe anymore.

Plastic bags look like jellyfish to me and they have no taste when I eat them. They are difficult to swallow and it hurts my stomach after I eat one.
Cheap versatile plastic is what's predominantly affecting my home. I've heard the humans use this the most when they feed.

14% Recycled

Apparently only 14% of the plastic produced on land is collected for recycling. If the trend continues there would be more plastic than fish (by weight) in the ocean by 2050.

I NEED YOUR HELP

Marine life around me is heavily affected by the plastic pollution, and it will eventually affect humans too if we don’t find good solutions for the future.
